Our Team
Elizabeth “Beth” leads the practice at Lentz & Mercier. Her knowledge base is built on 13 years of experience in the area of tax, audit and financial consultation. She is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and Nevada Society of CPAs. Active in the community, Beth is Treasurer of Heaven Can Wait Animal Society (formerly Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary); a non-profit animal support organization and also volunteers as the Treasurer for Toys 4 Smiles. Beth is a June 2010 Graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Las Vegas program and a proud member of NAWBO Southern Nevada.

Nicole Wichman, Staff Accountant
Nicole comes to us as a graduate from UNLV. Her studies include a major in accounting and a dual minors in finance and business law. She is a board member of the National Hemophilia Foundation of Nevada. She remains active with her sorority’s alumnae chapter the Las Vegas Junior Circle, while supporting The Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, which provides funding for Juvenile Diabetes Research, as well as other causes. She is currently studying for her CPA exam in Nevada.
Ronald brings to the firm 20 plus years of senior level financial management experience, including 15 years as CFO for various companies in a number of industries. Two of these he helped grow to eventually be listed on the major markets, one on NASDQ and one on the NYSE. He served as Finance Manger for NASA’s first New Millennium project which produced a spacecraft to validate previously untested technologies in its flight to Mars and beyond. He served as adjunct professor of Accounting and Finance at the University Redlands in California. Egge holds advanced degrees from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont University. He recently completed a fellowship at Oxford University in Oxford England. Egge is also a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses committee.
As a senior project management professional, Frank brings a strong background in installation, design, and interface of financial and data warehousing applications. His expertise is available to clients desiring to make sense of their extensive business data.
Connie is the founder of the firm and has been the name and friend for Lentz & Mercier, CPA's clients for more than fifteen years. Her specialties include tax planning, accounting, financial statements, and general consulting. She has held a number of leadership positions on various foundations and local charities.
Joe has a long history of helping clients increase their profitability through consulting, financial statement analysis and tax planning. He also has diverse experience with tax preparation for both profit and non-profit entities.
